We engage in all aspects of kikuimo (Jerusalem artichoke), from production to processing and sales, in the town of Minamioguni in Kumamoto Prefecture.Our kikuimo fields cover three hectares, and have acquired the JAS standard.We use and process kikuimo cultivated on our own farm. Our EM natural farming method draws out the maximum power of the soil without relying on pesticides or chemical fertilizers.Inulin found in kikuimo is attracting attention as a natural form of insulin. It shows promise in preventing and ameliorating diabetes caused by abnormal blood sugar levels.Grown amid the wide-open nature of Minamioguni, the kikuimo is processed into Kikuimo Roasted Chips, Kikuimo Powder, and Kikuimo Tea, for delivery to customers with affection.We want to join people the world over in experiencing the three-fold spirit of good sellers, good buyers, and a good world.The clean and lovely town of MinamioguniLocated at the far end of one of the world's largest calderas, Minamioguni is the site of the headwaters of the Chikugo River, the largest river in Kyushu.
